Xinguang cement mill is mainly used to grind cement clinker into fine powder during cement production, which can also be used to grind various materials such as calcite, marble, limestone, coarse whiting, talc, barite and dolomite etc. It combines drying, grinding and separation process into just one unit, making the footprint of the installation smaller and reducing the civil engineering costs.

Cement mill generally consists of the following components: a joint feeder for feed use, the drum part, there is a hole on it for Maintenance or replacement of liner, discharging part, main bearing part, transmission part.

The material to be ground is loaded into the Neoprene barrel that contains grinding media. As the barrel rotates, the material is crushed between the individual pieces of grinding media that mix and crush the product into fine powder over a period of several hours. Obviously, the longer the ball mill runs, the smaller the powder will be. Ultimate particle size depends entirely on how hard the ground material is, and how long the cement mill runs.
