When the rotary kiln is started, something needs being done. The airflow velocity should be adjusted to increase kiln tail temperature. The fuel should be adjusted to increase the firing zone temperature. The adjustment of oxidizing air, which is good for the operation of rotary kiln, can increase the rotate speed and yield gradually. The rotate speed needs being increased when the rotary tail temperature falls. If the rotary kiln is under the situation of fractional load, rotate speed should be increased. And we can enhance the load when the parameters keep a balance. When the operation of rotary kiln is in disorder, decreasing the load contributes to the correction of operation. And the load can be gradually added after the rotary kiln return to normal operation. Instead of decreasing the load, decreasing the rotate speed could also helps to adjust the operation of rotary kiln. All those matters should be always remembered by the operators of rotary kiln.
