1 Different operating condition: Let us assume that a rock should not break and fly to impact plate at a speed after being impacted by board hammer. Then we can analyze the maximum displacement occurs in the moment when plate hammer contact the rock and that occurs in the moment when plate hammer and rock just separate, which comes to a conclusion that the maximum displacement occurs at the contact of the center of rock and circular corner angle of plate hammer.
2 Impact speed: Change the impact speed and keep the other condition unchanged,then analyze the impact time at different speed. We can find that impact speed has a liner relationship with impact time. And impact time doesn’t increases too much as the impact speed grows.
3  Material diameter: Impact time increases as the grain size grows.
4 Material shape: Impact time grows as the side length of material increases.
5 Abrasion of plate hammer: It has less impact on the impact time.
