Operation process of rotary kiln,the main drive motor gives power to the open gear device through the main reducer,and then drives the rotary kiln operation.Materials enter into kiln tail doe calcination,As a result of rotary kiln cylinder slope and rotary kiln ortation,the materials are rotated along the circumferential direction and along the axial direction (from high-end to low-end), After the complete decomposition and calcination process, finally,the produced clinker are cooled by cooling machine through the kiln head cover into the cooling machine.Fuel from the kiln head spray into the rotary kiln, in which waste air and clinker do the heat exchange,and then exhaust air from the kiln tial
